FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED beginning 10/06/2011 a $40.00 Non-Refundable Deposit will be required for Dogs and $25.00 for Cats, to guarantee availability of a kennel for your surgery.
This deposit will be applied to the services received by your pet. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we must receive your request a minimum of 48 business hours before your appointment in order for your deposit to be transferred to your new appointment date. If anyone is unable to submit a deposit, you may come to the clinic on a standby basis after 8:30 a.m. (but before 9:00 a.m.) on the desired date of surgery. If space is available by 8:45 a.m., your pet will be admitted for surgery. However, please note there is NO GUARANTEE that your pet will be admitted if you come on a standby basis. We apologize for the inconvenience.
